HTC Bootloader Unlocked + Rooted + Custom Recovery + Custom Roms

I've been had this cracked already a while ago but I'm only posting it here so that people will stop asking me, "CAN YOU ROOT XXX PHONE?" Hmm...if I can crack and hack and root the new HTC ONE, then I'm pretty sure I'm qualified to do all the "older" phones as well, LOL!
